Programs

Spay/Neuter is the best route to reducing unwanted and neglected pets in Bell County.  The SNAP program is a way to help pet owners get surgery for their pets.

FOS knows that the future, even the future of our pets, depends on Education. Working in schools, with the local media, and with national organizations, we continue to show our faith in the future through teaching about animal welfare.

When FOS began, nobody imagined that some of the best destinations for homeless pets would be other places far away, where adoptable animals are in short supply thanks to successful spay/neuter programs.  Here's a look at our Animal Rescue program.
