Friends of the Shelter welcomes anyone interested in becoming a member and offers a variety of membership opportunities. Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the conference room of the Bell County Health Department in Middlesboro, KY. FOS gratefully accepts all donations. As a not for profit, volunteer organization, all money received is used to support our organization's objectives. Each membership includes our newsletter, "Focus On Friends."
