| Friends of the Shelter is a non-profit group dedicated to helping the homeless animals of Bell County, Kentucky. Here is information on the Board of Directors and committees. It's hard to know where you're going if you don't know where you've been. FOS history is a short look at how the Friends of the Shelter changed from a room full of like-minded people into the only animal welfare organization in Bell County. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings, every fourth Monday at 7:00 PM, at the Bell County Health Department office, behind the Post Office in Middlesboro. |
